Stephanie Edwards

Stephanie is a fearless & versatile team member.  Her passion is portrayed in her love of desserts and all that is sweet.  Drawing on inspiration from her mother & grandmothers, her delectable sweets taste magical…kissed by pixie dust.

 

Shanna Goplen

Shanna’s sparkling smile depicts her enthusiastic, unshakeable confidence at events.  Majoring in Hospitality Business Management at Washington State University, coupled with a study in the Art of Food & Wine in Italy, Shanna enjoys helping people create that once in a lifetime moment.

 

 

Dawud Yasin

Dawaud’s big smile & positive attitude greets you like a long lost friend.  His eager approach to his craft is reflected in the dishes he artfully prepares.  The newest member of the Castle Event Catering Team, he is sure to welcome you at your next event.

 

 

Patty Craig

Patty is a dedicated perfectionist with an eye for detail and a passion for hospitality.  A Tri-City native that enjoys exploring all the great things the Columbia Basin has to offer.  She feels blessed to work with the very talented & creative team at Castle Event Catering.

 

 

Mike Hein

Mike is a production master with excellent protein & grill skills.  He can be found at most events, just look for the funky chef pants, preparing delicious, contemporary food.  He has the honor of being the team member who has helped us grow from our inception.

 

 

Rachel Shank

Rachel is our dedicated “go to” utility team member.  She is willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.  From doing dishes to working an action station Rachel has done it all, with a smile.  Currently attending Washington State University, majoring in elementary education, her love of catering remains close to her heart.

 

 

Amber York

Amber’s diverse knowledge and hospitable nature feeds her creativity while planning events.  While overseas she discovered her passion for cooking and entertaining, which were polished at the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute.  “To be away from our families during the holidays, we quickly learned that a homemade meal made all the difference.”

 

 

Kathy J. Craig

Kathy is the Queen of Castle Event Catering.  Her passion and obsession feed her creative soul, resulting in guests visions coming to life and consistently exceeding their expectations.  A true entrepreneur, Kathy is continually raising the bar for the local catering community and the Castle Event Catering Team.

 

 


Chef Andy Craig

Chef Andy Craig has been crafting signature dishes for Castle Event Catering since its inception.  Andy is the man behind the magic, creating great tasting food for guests to enjoy at events of unlimited sizes.  “The wine makers and farmers in the Columbia Basin provide us with some of the best ingredients on earth, with these resources it is fun to create delicious food.”

 

 

 

 

 

Introducing Buelah – She is smoking hot!
She specializes in Pork Butt, Prime Rib, Brisket and Chicken but is in quaified for all protiens. She has been know to cold smoke chocolate, cabbage and other culinary creations. Buelah should be invited to your next large event, she will rock the crowd.
